Spread over two phases, this project consisted of all new construction of roads & sewers, including surfacing, and included
the plot foundations, drainage and external works to 256 new properties. Staged hand over of plots meant constant time related targets had to be hit to allow handover of the plots and subsequent move in dates to be achieved.
