Second phase of a high-spec residential development in the picturesque town of Darley Dale. The 18 stone dwellings were constructed on a piece of land that sloped towards a railway line thus creating many challenges with rainwater throughout winter. Full adoptable and private Roads & Sewers package was complete including new Foul Water pumping station.
