Multiple commercial buildings constructed on a very tight site with very restricted access due to a steep rise at the top end of site. This was a difference in level of around 5mtrs. Two sets of steps and ramped walkways were constructed which posed many issues with access for plant and machinery. Small plant was required to be used. The project was a flag ship development with high specification for all aspects on site but specifically for the external paving works. A medium pressure Gas main discovered at the front of site in the early days of the project also caused many logistical and programme issues until it was capped off and removed.
