Big area of land between two housing large housing developments needed to be developed and made accessible to the public. Thousands of meters of landrains and catchpits were installed along the side of new footpaths which were built and constructed to enable good access around the area for the public. Wet conditions during winter season and access issues due to wet conditions posed a few challenges during the construction.
